[enter-talk] NOSE MOVING WHILE TALKING

Seems like it's more common than I thought... There's a higher change than an untouched nose moves than not.
(I also don't have a fake nose and I know that this is a case-by-case scenario but I'm writing this because people are are misunderstanding..)
