According to a report on the 31st, ADOR held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting in downtown Seoul and elected Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Joo-young Kim, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Lee Jae-sang, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Lee Kyung-joon, who were nominated by HYBE, as the new corporate directors.

Min's entourage, Vice President Shin and Director Kim, who were previously on the board of directors of ADOR, were dismissed.
