In the entertainment industry, there's a saying that one should not become a target of ridicule, even if they may receive criticism. Especially in an industry reliant on image. Since it's not something quantifiable, PR professionals in the entertainment industry invest the most thought and effort into this aspect.

HYBE PR officials often mention, especially as they approach the conclusion of the provisional disposition request, that rational public opinion supports them in the media, but the fandom opinion, which leans more towards emotional appeal rather than rationality, still favors Min Heejin. 

For someone in the industry who closely observes how fans in the entertainment industry move and react, it’s something one should never say. It shows their contempt for reason.

- Min Heejin resorts to emotions again? "NewJeans slander = The harm from patching up data"
