The album logo, which visually expresses the message contained in 'ANTIFRAGILE', is also impressive. The design, with gold lines engraved on a black background, was inspired by the art of Kintsugi, which accepts the imperfections of fragile ceramics and exposes the broken parts as they are. It conveys the meaning that members hold onto each other even in situations where they may break and scatter due to external shock, and are eventually reborn as brighter, shining beings.

Kintsugi, meaning “repair with gold,” is a form of Japanese Tohoku art that repairs broken pottery using rosin, gold, etc. It is based on the Japanese spirit of “wabi-sabi.”

Wabi-sabi has this meaning:

Accept the imperfections of life, feel them as beauty, and be thankful.

Rather than hiding the broken part, it is accepted as a part of history, and precious materials such as gold or silver are added to the part to create a new vessel with a more beautiful appearance than the old vessel.
