I look so so so bad with dark colors and I don't like buying dark tones 

And this doesn't look too formal 

I want to buy a dress I can wear usually too

I won't be taking any photos of myself, but still, it is too much to dress in a beige dress?

1. No, you can wear it. If it's beige and not white, it's fine 

2. I've been to many weddings and nobody ever dressed like this. This is a bit oba

9. If you feel too self-conscious, you can get a darker shade jacket
