[teens stories] AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THAT INSTAGRAM IS PAST ITS PRIME?

I don't get much excitement from seeing influencers anymore. In the past, I'd be amazed and think, "Wow, how do they look like that, almost like AI?" But now, they all look the same, and I can't even remember their faces. Everyone's getting so much plastic surgery that I can't even tell if they're actually pretty.

Insta seems to be on the decline. Nowadays, more people are starting to value natural beauty and many don't use Insta as much as before.. The trend is to avoid Insta addicts, and everyone and their mom is trying to become an influencer, which reduces their uniqueness. Am I the only one who thinks this way? It feels like it's going to end soon.

Instead of being past its prime, isn't there still nothing to replace it yet?

Maybe it's not Insta itself but the artificial beauty trend that's fadingㅇㅇ There's no alternative social media to Insta at the moment

It's just that the artificial beauty trend is fading... But there are still tons of people who praise overly edited Reels as being freaking prettyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

People stopped using Facebook because they switched to Insta... There isn't an alternative to Insta. From what I see, even if the trend of showing off decreases, not many people will quit? That's just my opinion.

Like some comments say, it's probably the era of plastic beauty that's coming to an end
