Dear Minji, Hani, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein,
After receiving the notice, I hoped that we might be able to meet in person at least once during the past two weeks, but unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity, and I am writing to you via email with a heavy heart.
For the past 14 days, the members of Ador have been in great frustration and sadness. Since the NewJeans members are our only artists, there were some members who felt anxious. However, we have not forgotten our role as the agency for the NewJeans members. We carefully examined your demands and worked diligently to prepare responses to your requests for corrections. Some aspects were not actions taken by Ador or were beyond our direct control, and I felt that 14 days was perhaps a bit short, but still, I believe we did our best within the given time frame through consultations and confirmations with other companies. If you have any additional questions or requests, please feel free to let us know at any time.
At the same time, our staff members are working hard on planning next year’s activity schedule and the concept for the full album. It was very disappointing when Heejin-nim informed us a week ago that she would not be able to continue with Ador and the NewJeans members, but given how earnest our situation is, we did not let ourselves fall into despair. Even during this short period of one week, we have reflected on the enjoyable times spent with the members and reviewed various domestic and international producer lineups that could help bring out the potential of the members. We are moving forward in an overall positive direction. Of course, our hearts remain open, and if Heejin changes her mind and returns to Ador as the producer for NewJeans, we would be more than happy.
Today, I was briefed on the next year’s activity plan and full album concept that the ADOR staff created together, and if the members participate, I am confident that we will produce amazing music that reflects the members’ true selves and unique style.
What surprised me most when I received the notice was that the members might be worried we would neglect them without any plans. However, today, CEO Lee Jae-sang of HYBE also contacted me and stated that if the members wish, they would spare no effort to provide global-level support based on the strength and global network of the HYBE group. I have said this many times before, but we have been diligently preparing the activity plan for next year for NewJeans, and we look forward to having the opportunity to share this with the members.
Around 4 PM today, I sent the response to the members via express mail, but due to being busy with various meetings, I wasn’t able to send the email with the attached response before hearing about your press conference at 8:30 PM tonight. I hope this response will clear up any misunderstandings on your part. If possible, I would like to meet in person and talk. Please take your time to think things over while attending your schedule in Japan and let me know your availability. I will also listen carefully to what you say during tonight’s press conference.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Kim Joo-young
CEO of Ador

1. Ah stop being so loud and messy. Jooyoung-ah, are you going to try to squeeze out that juice again? Meanwhile she even mentioned Min Heejin. Why is Min Heejin being made a producer when she’s being accused of embezzlement? It's ridiculous
2. Why is this grown adult being so emotional and trying to gain sympathy? The kids are more mature than this
3. Should've treated them well when they were there
4. Ew
5. Look at that emotional appeal
6. Stop the emotional appeal
7. Do you have to send it by express mail because it's a notice? ã…‹ã…‹ If it were me, I’d run to meet them right away, even if I had to take a taxi
8. Why are you so emotional ㅜ
9. Ah ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ This was dumbfounding ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹
10. So funny
