[instiz] JAPAN IS INTRODUCING THE 4 DAY WORK WEEK

"Mon-Tue-Wed-Thur, Japan starts 4 day work week"

"
Starting from April next year, employees will be able to take advantage of 'flextime,'  a flexible work arrangement that allows them to work 155 hours in a four-week period and take an extra day off on weekdays, excluding weekends. For example, if you work 10 hours a day Monday through Thursday, you can take Friday off."

But the hours are the same, they'll have to work 10 hours a day.

8. I feel like working 10 hours is better though... I'm already at work anywaysㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

9. I already work late a lot so I love this

10. Are they counting the lunch time in those 10 hours? So it's like working 9 to 8??
