Facial contouring and breast surgery are really common. Facelift surgery is almost a must. Peopel would say "they have a small chest so what breast surgery?" but pretty much everyone who gets these claims has had it done. It's that common. People who are really skinny with small chests often get a subtle A to B cup breast augmentation, making it not noticeable.

Suddenly if someone lost weight or lost fat in their cheeks = facial contouring.
If someone is said to have changed makeup = eyelid surgery or a facelift.
Anyone who has worked in plastic surgery for a long time knows this.
That doesn't mean I'm criticizing plastic surgery. It's just the reality that people have no choice but to do it. Even male idols get it done, starting from when they're trainees. Even top male celebrities get fillers f*cking much ㅋㅋ
