Regarding how he came to run a company, Kim Junsu said, "At first, I created it intending to try a one-man agency. Later, fellow actors suggested joining, and I thought I could manage it at the level of just filling the necessary roles for musical actors."
Kim Junsu, who is currently running the company with the mindset, "Even if I don't get applause for the path I've chosen, I shouldn't be criticized," remarked,
"I tell my actors, 'If you want to leave, you can go anytime.' What's the point of tying down someone whose heart is no longer in it with a contract? I know that pain well because I went through it myself." His mention of his past drew attention.
After his agency dispute, Kim Junsu chose to return through a musical performance as his first move. He said, "Musicals were my only option, I couldn’t appear on TV. I felt like I had done something wrong and felt sorry toward my fans. I was so withdrawn that I couldn’t even go outside. I stayed home because I was afraid of being judged."
Recalling how he started his path as a musical actor after receiving an offer, he confessed, "I had only a vague admiration for it, I never thought I’d do it this soon. It felt like my last chance, like holding the final sword. I endured it back then, but if I had to go through it again, I’d be scared. I cried a lot behind the scenes and agonized over it. It was really hard."
