We would like to inform you about the progress of our legal response to defamation, insult, SH, etc. through malicious posts and comments, DF, photo/video composites, and writings related to our artist aespa.

We have been collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments about aespa through fan reports and our own monitoring, and based on this evidence, we have filed lawsuits for insult, defamation, and editing and publishing false videos.

We are pleased to report that a number of the defendants have been identified and investigations are ongoing, and some of the cases have resulted in final convictions with sentences of up to 3 years in prison/ 5 years on probation and fines.

We have gathered substantial evidence of malicious posts and comments, such as false facts and slander, sSH, insults and ridicule, and spreading videos, images, etc. containing fake news and rumors on various online communities, including personal social media accounts, against aespa, as in this case, and are preparing legal responses.

We ask that you refrain from engaging in any such illegal behavior, directly or indirectly.
