We express deep regret regarding Ju Haknyeon's one-sided and false claims.

First, recognizing that this matter could cause significant harm to the team’s activities, we made the decision to suspend ju Haknyeon’s activities. Afterward, we thoroughly examined the situation and informed Ju that his actions constituted a breach of contract, specifically under Article 6, Clause 3 of the exclusive contract, which refers to “acts that damage the dignity of a public culture and arts figure to the extent that it hinders entertainment activities.” Based on this, we made the decision accordingly.

In accordance with the terms stated in the exclusive contract, we have terminated the contract with Ju Haknyeon, and we make it clear that this was a legitimate and reasonable action.
