With her natural face + makeup, I'm sure she could've achieved 90% of the "post-surgery" look

Light makeup is one thing, but if you want to show a before-and-after comparison, shouldn't you take off the filters and show it as close to reality as possible? When you have full makeup on and use filters, you can look completely different, almost like you’ve had plastic surgery, even if you haven’t.
