On the first day of the fan meeting, my daughter successfully got tickets, and after waiting for weeks, we drove all the way from Busan to Seoul. I dropped her off at the venue, and since my husband and I had something else to attend to, we left. Then, on the way, we got a call saying she wasn’t allowed to enter because she didn’t have a youth ID certificate. ㅠ

We showed her family relation certificate, but they said she could only enter with a parent’s physical ID. So we quickly took pictures of our IDs and sent them, but they said the actual physical ID had to be presented. We hurriedly turned the car around and drove for another hour to get back, but... they still wouldn’t let her in. Because she didn’t have the youth ID certificate.

Then why did they say otherwise in the first place? My daughter’s name was printed on the ticket, we showed proof documents, ID cards for both mom and dad, and even sent all the photos to wherever they told us. But the operations team supposedly said she still couldn’t enter. In the end, my daughter wasn’t even allowed past the entrance, and after three hours of back-and-forth, we returned to Busan. It was heartbreaking watching my daughter cry in front of the staff, and the way they just stood there watching like it was none of their business was truly heartless.
