30-something men these days - No matter how successful you are, if you're not tall and good-looking, you might not be able to date the woman you want. On the flip side, even if you're not successful, if you're tall and handsome, popular and attractive older women might pick you. (Looks and height matter most now.)

Foreign women are different though. (Not sure about North Korean or defector women.)
