According to MyDaily’s report on the 11th, S.Coups and Mingyu will be debuting a new SEVENTEEN unit. This will be the group’s fourth official unit, following BSS (BooSeokSoon), Jeonghan x Wonwoo, and Hoshi x Woozi.

S.Coups is SEVENTEEN’s overall leader as well as the leader of the Hip-Hop Team, and Mingyu is also part of the Hip-Hop Team. Unlike previous units, which were combinations of the Vocal and Performance Teams or Vocal and Hip-Hop Teams, this will be the first unit made up solely of Hip-Hop Team members.

SEVENTEEN, known for its unique concept of 13 members, 3 units, and 1 team, has showcased various “mix units” featuring different member combinations. However, this marks the first time that S.Coups and Mingyu will form a unit on their own.
