I saw the featured talk about her getting double eyelids surgery but it doesn't seem like it. It looks like she just had double eyelid tape

She originally has layered double eyelids that split more toward the end, so it just looks like she used eyelid tape. Girls with layered double eyelids would know, the lines change really often. On top of that, Ella has both layered lids and deep eye sockets, so her eyelid lines probably shift even more frequently
