Saw an ankle-related tweet, so for all the girls with weak ankles out there... I've had casts + braces on both sides combined more than once, but since all I have is experience with injuries... I don’t really know what good shoes are, but please, don’t buy Crocs. I got injured twice in a row wearing them and just ended up throwing them awayㅎ Also, avoid high heels, slippers, or heavy shoes at all costs… Sitting cross-legged is also terrible for your ankle ligaments, so please don’t do itㅠㅠ If you sit like that, your ankles...

I... wore Crocs often... and my feet ended up collapsing.
I realized it while it was still at a stage where exercise could fix it,
but I hope young ladies don’t wear Crocs too often.
Please remember this as advice that’s truly for your own good.

1. Shoes that are soft but don’t support the arch at all... Contrary to what people think, soft doesn’t always mean good shoes. Even if they’re hard, shoes that properly support your feet make standing for a long time definitely less tiring.
2. When your arches collapse, it’s a fast track to a miserable life.
3. What can I do if I'm already at that stage ㅠ
4. Please just wear sneakers instead. As someone with chronic plantar fasciitis, I can guarantee it works.
5. I wear Crocs with arch insoles, but my feet are too wide, so I can’t help but have to grip my toes tightly ㅠ
6. Honestly, I wore Crocs for 3 years straight, and now I’m trying to fix my feet by stubbornly wearing sneakers even though it’s a hassle. It’s been about a year and a half, but my arches are still collapsed ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Please, don’t wear Crocs
7. Hul I just went to work wearing my Crocs
8. Crocs mules and things like that are really bad. I know because my feet collapsed too... Just wear sneakers, but something like Air Force shoes is too heavy and puts a lot of strain on your calves
9. Crocs slippers are really garbage.
Slippers themselves are rough without any softness, so if you run wearing them, the skin on the top of your foot gets scraped.10. I often twisted my ankles when I wore Crocs, so I don't wear them anymore ㅋ ㅠ
