I'm not saying this to backhandedly criticize plastic surgery, but didn't her nose turn out freaking well?

There are so many people in the idol scene who've had their noses done, but that's honestly the best result I've ever seen

It's not that she had a bulbous nose. If you look at Anna's old photos, she had a nasal hump with a wide, blunt tip. For people like that, if you leave the bridge alone and just do an implant-free tip lift, you end up with a nose like Anna's (the bridge and hump are her own nose, while the tip is lifted, making it look natural and not artificial). Bottom line is she didn't get silicone
