According to industry sources on September 2, ODD Atelier has decided to lease an entire newly constructed small building in the Hannam-dong area, as the lease on their current standalone office building in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, is set to expire in October. Interior renovations are currently underway, and the company is expected to move in early November.
The new headquarters is a neighborhood living facility with one basement level and four above-ground floors, totaling a gross floor area of 927㎡ (approximately 280 pyeong). The building was completed in April 2023. Designed with a southwest-facing entrance, the structure features a gallery-like exterior finished with premium materials. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the Han River.
The building was designed by architect Tae Sun Hong, the only American-licensed architect active in Korea to be named an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2024. His notable works include Lotte Premium Outlet Paju, Yeouido Ricenzia residential complex, and Pocheon Hillmaru Golf Course.
