I can tell that three of them are singing live but why is Giselle lipsyncing? (at 1:10)

Are there times when only one person lipsyncs?

1. There are a lot of cases where only part of the group sings live (actually, that's most of the cases)

2. They've always been like this... every time Giselle sings, it sounds different (when they are singing live)
