[PC stories/KPOP takes] TO WHAT EXTENT CAN YOU TOLERATE YOUR FAVE BEING FRIENDLY TO A PROBLEMATIC PERSON?

Idols are often criticized for associating themselves with a problematic person but there are different levels to that. I guess some stans let it pass and others will unstan but some specific cases, hypothetical or not, came to my mind that made me curious, to what extent can you tolerate it?

1. Would you unstan if your fave is friends with a confirmed bully who is not their groupmate even if they apologized?

2. What if a member of your fave's group made a VERY racist or homophobic comment and did NOT apologize, would you unstan your fave with the group altogether or become a solo stan and rather assume them still being super friendly to each other is only over the contracts or simply an akgae who ignores their friendship?

3. Would you unstan your male fave if they keep being friends with another male celeb, who is not their groupmate, who got into a scandal for going to room salons? If it's an idol from the same group as your male fave would you unstan or let it pass and think about the contracts?

4. If one of your fave female celebs appears dating a man who has made very misogynist, racist or homophobic remarks, would you only sigh and wish for the relationship to end or would you unstan? Would you only unstan if it's a man who was an abuser or sexual offender or anything considerably "worse"?

5. If your bias is a senior in the industry with some apparent freedom and is working with a person who is an abuser or sexual offender, would you side eye and let it pass if it's only once? Would you unstan only if they work with that person again in the future or if they keep contacts even after a long time? What if it's a person who has made very racist or homophobic remarks?

I really would like to see diverse opinions.
