On the 11th, Choi Siwon shared a memorial message for Kirk from renowned American pastor and author Bon Vivier and the Christian community Bible Alive on Instagram.

Criticism of Choi Siwon's memorial message has grown among some netizens, citing Kirk's past rac**t and miso**nistic remarks.

Despite Choi Siwon's recent explanation, the controversy surrounding him appears likely to continue, with an Instagram account even calling for his withdrawal from Super Junior.

Choi Siwon is a devout Christian who has been vocal about his social issues. In the past, he has been criticized for liking posts opposing the Hong Kong protests, such as those that claim "Hong Kong is part of China," and for sharing posts opposing same-sex marriage. He has since apologized.
