On September 22, reports revealed that the Seoul Eastern District Court’s 15th Civil Division has referred SM’s lawsuit against Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin — along with the unit’s countersuit — to mediation. The case involves a disputed amount of roughly ₩600 million KRW (about $429,000 USD).

The first session will take place on September 23 at 2:45 PM KST.
