Why is this unexpected? ㅋㅋㅋ You can still hold back if the job sucks, but if people sucks, it just feels hopeless

I agree. I can handle hard work, but I can't stand it when people make it hard for me. When I see people around me quitting, it's almost always because of people. Someone was being cruel, or a coworker was so incompetent that I had to do all the work myself

If you endure the hardships of work by looking forward to weekends and holidays, a month or a year will fly by. People can't stand hardships. I worked at a company for almost 10 years and it was going well, but the president hired a jobless kid and made his second-in-command a manager. He became a piece of sh*t, so I quit after two years

Work being hard is just the default, it all comes down to the people

The fact that school violence needs to be eradicated first is evident in society. Do you think b**lies from their school days will come to their senses when they go out into society without receiving proper punishment? They b**ly their peers just like they do when they're older, and they b**ly their juniors as well. You can find people you don't like, but when they're being b**lied themselves, they can't stand it. We need to conduct research to eradicate school violence first.
