Below is INB100’s full response to SM Entertainment’s official statement

SM’s Official Statement 1
The only thing we (SM) asked of the three members (Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin) was to pay 10% of their individual activity revenue, as stipulated in the existing agreement dated June 18, 2023. However, this has not yet been carried out.”

CBX's Response:
CBX'S intention to pay 10% of their revenue has not changed. As legal proceedings are currently underway, they plan to fulfill the payment as soon as an agreement is reached and the legal process is concluded.

SM’s Official Statement 2
Regarding participation in group activities, mutual trust between both sides has been severely damaged due to numerous disputes, and this has caused significant harm to EXO as a group as well as to the fans and members. Therefore, it was only natural that the three members should first fulfill the existing agreement and make sincere efforts to rebuild trust.

CBX’s Response:
All discussions were conducted on the premise of EXO’s full-group activities. CBX clearly expressed their intention to fulfill the existing agreement and have been directly communicating with other members, making efforts to continue participating as part of the team.

SM’s Official Statement 3
“Contrary to their claim that they accepted all of SM’s proposed conditions and clearly expressed their intent to settle after the second mediation session on October 2, the three members filed an objection on the 16th.”

CBX’s Response:
CBX informed SM of their intent to pay 10% of their personal activity revenue before and after the court mediation session, and were waiting for SM’s final response. However, the amount proposed by the mediation committee on October 2 was an arbitrary figure unrelated to the actual terms agreed upon by both parties. Both sides stated during the session that they could not accept that figure. When the written notice reflecting that amount was later delivered, both sides filed objections on the same date, October 16. This was simply a standard procedural action, and it is not true that CBX had no intention of reaching an agreement.

We sincerely apologize to the fans who have felt confusion and concern throughout the legal process with SM.

CBX will faithfully carry out the terms of the existing agreement and do their utmost to rebuild trust with the members and reach an amicable settlement with SM.
