He awakens ten years later in 1998, where he and ninth-grade civil servant Cha Jae-rim team up to take over the National Assembly.

Kim Seonho plays Cha Jae-rim, a 9th-grade civil servant. Cha Jae-rim, who possesses the ability to see ghosts, takes in the ghostly Koo Young-jin and emerges as a supernova into the political arena, engaging in a political showdown with the living Koo Young-jin.
