Former Adore CEO Min Heejin has filed an appeal against the Seoul Employment and Labor Office's decision to impose a fine for workplace bullying, despite the court's ruling that the decision was justified.
According to a TenAsia report on the 17th, former CEO Min has filed an appeal against the decision by the 61st Summary Trial Division of the Seoul Western District Court (Presiding Judge Jeong Cheol-min) on the 16th to uphold the fine. This indicates that former CEO Min will not accept the outcome of the administrative lawsuit she filed in March to appeal the fine imposed by the Seoul Employment and Labor Office for workplace bullying.
