Momo, a member of the group Twice, has purchased a luxury residence in Achiul Village, Guri-si.

According to the court registry on the 31st, Momo signed a contract on the 23rd to acquire a 221m2 (exclusive area) luxury villa, ‘Arcadia Signature,’ located in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province, for 4.27 billion won.

With no mortgage registered, it is presumed that the entire payment was made in cash.

Arcadia Signature is a luxury villa complex with two basement levels and four above-ground floors, completed in May 2023. It is the first in Achiul Village to have a private access road, allowing residents to come and go without exposure to outsiders. Its excellent security makes it a popular choice among celebrities.

There are only eight units in total: six standard units and two penthouses.

Previously, actress Han So-hee acquired a 203m2 duplex penthouse in Arcadia Signature for 5.24 billion won in August last year. Nana, a former member of After School, also purchased a 221m2 unit for 4.2 billion won this March, reportedly taking out a loan of about 2.7 billion won.

Momo debuted with Twice in 2015 and has been loved by global K-pop fans for hit songs such as ‘Cheer Up,’ ‘TT,’ ‘Signal,’ ‘What Is Love?,’ and ‘Feel Special.’

Notably, Momo has also been active both domestically and internationally as part of Twice’s Japanese unit MiSaMo, alongside Mina Myoi and Sana.
