[theqoo] W KOREA WHO CALLED THE 'BREAST CANCER AWARENESS' EVENT A 'BREAST CANCER PARTY'
"Onsite of W Korea's breast cancer party"
Even if it's an abbreviation, can you really call a s****de prevention event a "s*****e party"?
Lung cancer party? Stomach cancer party?
Since 99% of patients are women, I can only imagine they were using it for product promotion and branding purposes without any hesitation.

1. Ha f*ck
2. Why not have a 'cancer party' at the cancer ward while at it
3. This is seriously so f*cked
4. Seriously from the planning to the execution, everything seems so r*tarded
5. Disgusting
6. These r*tards need to d*e
7. This is way too much, why would you call an event for cancer patients and cancer party??...
8. Brainless
9. Let's throw a cancer party if W Korea gets cancer too. This pisses me off so much
10. I wish all the celebrities who attended this party releases a f*cking apology f*ck
[theqoo] THERE ARE NOW OVER 100,000 TWEETS AND TRENDING HASHTAGS CRITICIZING W KOREA'S BREAST CANCER EVENT ON TWITTER
"Breast cancer awareness"
"Celebrities"
"Breast cancer awareness campaign"
"Breast cancer awareness parties that make breast cancer patients uncomfortable..."
IG comment: I'm a breast cancer patient currently undergoing treatment, and I can't help but wonder: did any of the celebrities who came to this event, or even the organizers like 'W', ever bother to look up what breast cancer actually is? What on earth does a party like this have to do with breast cancer? Do celebrities drinking and showing off their friendships somehow help raise awareness in a meaningful way? Honestly, it just feels like they're mocking real patients. Instead of dressing up in luxury brands, wouldn't it be far more meaningful to volunteer at a hospital or care facility? I remember not even being able to swallow a sip of water during chemo… this just makes me so angry and upset
"Bringing in Psick University to do some campaign related to women?"
(Article about OSEN interviewing W Korea, when asked about the controversy, they said "We can't answer")
"It's a breast cancer awareness campaign, but singing and enjoying a song with lyrics like "The twins hanging from your chest" really seems to fit the purpose, doesn't itγ "
1. Every year, over 100 celebrity-related people gather, and in 20 years, they’ve only raised 1 billion won (700K USD)
2. They claim it’s for raising breast cancer awareness, using it as a shield, but the event has no actual impact on awareness; none of the celebrities at the event mention breast cancer medication or insurance
3. Breast cancer mastectomy is a part where actual patients express their pain, but at that event, they sing “I want to see your mommae (body)."
"Ha... seriously, what's this? I've never seen a celebrity look so creepy and act like they're playing aristocrat. Even with celebrities I liked, I'm totally turned off. Breast cancer awareness? γ

they call it a campaign, clapping to the rhythm, hmm~ d*mn that sure is gonna raise awareness, right?"
"I almost fainted searching up the lyrics to Mommommommae, how is this appropriate to sing at a breast cancer awareness event?"

1. BTS was the biggest turn off here... They really don't seem to care about breast cancer one bit. They just looked like those grandpas enjoying alcohol there
2. They all deserve so much hate
3. Seriously we need to keep criticizing them so that they remove this from next year
4. The way they only "raised" 1.1 billion in 20 years is a joke..
5. Wow this is legendary
6. The donation amount they receive overseas are so huge, meanwhile what are they doing?
7. They seriously want to act like nobles
8. Individual celebrities aren't the issue, the issue is that we have such concept as 'celebrities' to start with
9. They deserve the hate
10. We need to bash them even more. Are they not going to apologize?
