My nails are peeling, bruised, and pitted...
Goodbye to beautiful nails

Being a female celebrity is a job where even your fingernails have to be pretty, so it must have been hard to upload something that changed like that.
Since something like that can also happen, everyone should be careful;;;

It's not like she was doing anything too harsh, she was just using skin tones nails for a clean look... It's not a design issue, but attaching things to nails, bending them, filing them down, and removing them, it seems like it's bad for nails health ㅠㅠ

original post: here

1. Once your nails become paper thin, there's nothing you can do anymore

2. I have weak nails, so I can't even wear nail polishes even if I wanted to ㅜ

3. It looks painful ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

4. I don't wear gel nail polishes because my nails are A4 paper thin

5. Any forms of nail polishes are bad for your nails

6. I've been doing this for the past 15 years, I'm so dumb

7. I'm not familiar with that, but are there any form of "healthy" nail polishes?

8. It doesn’t make sense to say that a celebrity went to some “bad” salon or whatever. There are only a few nail salons that lots of celebrities go to, and of course, they’d go to the expensive ones… When I used to get my nails done and then took a break, my nails were a mess too, the surface was all torn and peeled off

9. I've been doing gel nails for 12 years and my nails are still as strong as ever.. It might be an obvious thing to say, but nail salons really do make a difference. The shop I frequent is so far away from my place and it's a fuss to go there, but I had to cancel my membership to my neighborhood's nail salon. I've gone a couple of time, and every time I take the shower after doing my nails, they would hurt. That's when you know they're really damaged

10. I went to do my pedicure at a salon and there was a young staff there. She damaged my toenails ㅜ
