Hello, we are Sejong LLC, the legal representatives of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Members’).

Today, the Seoul Central District Court issued a first-instance ruling in the lawsuit filed by ADOR Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘ADOR’) against the Members seeking confirmation of the validity of their exclusive contracts, declaring the exclusive contracts valid.

While the Members respect the court's decision, they maintain that returning to ADOR and continuing normal entertainment activities is impossible given the current situation where the relationship of trust with ADOR has completely broken down.

Accordingly, the Members plan to immediately appeal the first-instance ruling. They hope the appellate court will comprehensively review the facts of the case and the legal principles regarding the termination of the exclusive contract once again and render a wise decision.

Finally, we sincerely thank all the fans who have waited and supported us for so long.
