The second mediation between SM Entertainment and EXO members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin (hereafter referred to as CBX), who are in dispute over contract fulfilment and related matters, has also failed.
The 15th Civil Division of the Seoul Eastern District Court (Presiding Judge Cho Yong-rae) held a second mediation session on the 2nd for the lawsuits filed by both SM and CBX regarding contract performance and settlement payment claims.
Following the breakdown of the first mediation on the 23rd of last month, the two sides failed to reach an agreement this time as well.
Consequently, with mediation unsuccessful, the case will now proceed to the main trial proceedings.
