According to police on the 22nd, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul referred a Korean woman, identified as "A," to the prosecution on the 14th on charges of violating the Act on the Punishment of Home Invasion and Stalking.

A was arrested red-handed by police after receiving a report after breaking into the parking lot of a single-family home in Yongsan-gu where Jungkook resides at approximately 11:20 PM on August 30th.

Separately from A, a Chinese woman who attempted to break into Jungkook's home has reportedly received a suspended indictment. A suspended indictment is a decision where the facts of the case are acknowledged, but the motive and consequences of the crime are comprehensively considered, preventing a trial.

B, a Chinese national in her 30s, was arrested at around 11:20 PM on June 11th, the day Jungkook was discharged from the military, after visiting his home in Yongsan-gu and repeatedly pressing the front door code.

On the 10th of last month, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office issued a suspended indictment against B, who was charged with attempted home invasion. The prosecution explained that the decision was based on the fact that B's crime was merely an attempt and that she had left the country, making her a low risk of reoffending.
