A, a 50-year-old executive at a famous entertainment agency who approached an intoxicated woman, SA-ed her, and left her on the street, causing her to go blind, has been handed over to the prosecution.

According to News 1 on the 19th, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul referred A to the prosecution on charges of quasi-forcible SA and negligent homicide.

A is accused of driving a drunken woman into his car on the side of a road in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, last August. He then drove for approximately 20 minutes, stopping the vehicle in an alley near a commercial district, and then SA the woman.

Afterwards, A is said to have dragged the victim, who had stumbled and fallen on the road, to the side of the road, sat her down next to a utility pole, and then left the scene. At the time, the victim's face was reportedly badly injured and bleeding.
