According to legal sources on the 31st, ADOR submitted a new song list for NewJeans to the Seoul Central District Court in July. Given that ADOR stated on the 30th, following the court ruling validating NewJeans' exclusive contract, that they had "completed preparations for a full-length album and are currently waiting," it's highly likely that the new song list included at least five more.
The material appears to be in the form of MR (instrumental) just before adding the members' vocal recordings. Since NewJeans announced the termination of their exclusive contract on November 28th of last year and has not returned to ADOR, recording work cannot proceed. This new song list was used as evidence to prove that ADOR is fulfilling its production obligations as NewJeans' producer. ADOR's side also acknowledged this when the court directly verified the authenticity of the songs in the list during the main trial held that same month.

2. As expected, the court has a lot of proofs
3. They won't be able to use those songs though, but it's a shame for the people who worked on them
4. Aigo
5. Whether this is true or false, they're definitely showing the public that they're trying to care for NewJeans while NewJeans is just digging their graves
6. They should have just separated themselves from Min Heejin and figured out how to live on their own, but they tried to go with Min Heejin and that's how it happened...
7. Is it too late for them to just bow and apologize so they can go back?
8. ADOR are the ones suffering
9. I want to hear the songs...
10. I'm curious about the songs ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹
