Breakfast - Half a cup of oatmeal with cottage cheese, berries, honey + whole wheat bread with nuts
One slice of bread topped with cheese + one latte

Lunch - Salmon salad + grapefruit juice

Dinner - Blanced broccoli + one boiled egg + protein yogurt + mango

How does she eat only that and do ballet at the same time? Freaking fascinatingㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Wowㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

1. I can eat all of that in one meal...

2. Still, it's good that she takes protein shakes...

3. Seems like only people who are able to eat like despite becoming an adult get to do ballet

4. How can she gain strength...?

5. Being a ballerina, it can't be helpedㅠ

6. Her breakfast was fine but the more I scrolled down...ㅠㅠ

7. I did ballet in my elementary school and because they would feed me half air at the cafeteria, I would always cry ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ So that's why I quitㅋㅋㅋ

8. How can she maintain her muscles with that food?????

9. Her meals do look healthy at least

10. And you're telling me that she built that much muscles...?
