Summary of the Park Na-rae Incident
1. Last year, a conflict arose between Park Narae and JDB Ent, the agency she was affiliated with, so she suddenly left the agency.
2. .Because she left suddenly, there were no managers to help with her schedule, so she brought in two women, Ms. S (an experienced manager, director level) and Ms. A (the youngest manager), who had worked at JDB Ent.
3. She lured them out by saying she would contract them on a 7:3 or 8:2 share basis instead of a monthly salary. The two people, thinking the conditions were good, left JDB.
4. As soon as they left, Park Narae went back on her word, saying the situation wasn't possible right now, and asked them to work for a monthly salary of around 3 million won, promising a contract after a year.
5. The two managers started doing immense amounts of menial work and odd jobs for Park Narae.
6. Especially on days when there was a "Narae-sik" drinking party, they had to be on standby 24 hours a day. This is the main point. They had to prepare all the Narae-sik setup.
They waited, and after the party ended, they cleaned everything up. However, Park Narae did not pay for the supplies bought for the party preparations. This money was later included in a seizure lawsuit.
7. During this time, Park Narae's power trips and b**lying became very severe. When the youngest manager, unable to bear it any longer, tried to quit, Mr. S persuaded them to hold on a little longer.
9. Park Narae repeatedly said she would just bring (her things) herself and didn't need anything.
10. On the day of departure, while receiving service from a stylist and hair professional at her 60-pyeong house, it wasn't even for filming purposes, she started freaking power tripping
12. She instructed Ms. S and Ms. A to find wine glasses for a drink with Jang Do-yeon and other acquaintances she was filming with that night.
13. They couldn't find them after searching the 60-pyeong apartment for two hours. Then Park Narae scolded them like dogs in front of the stylists and hair designers she was meeting for the first time.
14. This is when the two managers decided to quit. And even though Park Narae looked for them herself, she couldn't find them and went to the filming location. The two managers decided to only assist with this schedule and return, and two days later at Park Narae's house
15. They conveyed their intention to quit. Park Narae pretended nothing had happened (of course, until the day before, the managers had been assisting her. They fulfilled their responsibilities until the end) and suddenly did mediaplay saying that her family-like managers had quit.
16. When the managers calculated how long they worked (1 year and 3 months), they worked an average of 409 hours per month (under a 40-hour work week system, this would be more like 160-180 hours work weeks). However, Park Narae only gave them severance pay based on a salary of around 3 million won.
17. So the managers filed a lawsuit in court, and 100 million won each was seized from Park Narae. Calculating the additional 200 hours worked on top of the 409 hours and the severance pay, it amounts to about 100 million won.
19. Whether the managers' demand for 10% of the previous year's sales is valid can only be determined in court.
20. It appears that Park Narae actually has to pay each manager at least 50 million won in additional work stipends and severance pay settlement.

1. So it was actually power trip
2. Park Narae actually has such a good image to her that I never would've imagined that her personality was the worst like that
3. I feel like she definitely became an alcoholic, but this is just impressive! Please save these managers!
4. If this is all true, she's the ultimate trash... She's such a mean person..
5. ... This is honestly shocking
6. She earns so much money, but she's such a terrible person
7. If all this is true ã… ã… I'll be so disappointed ã… ã… She seemed like a good person.. But she did as she pleased with people who helped her the most
8. This is legendary.. what a two-faced person. But I seriously already lost all respect to her from that doll incident
9. What a turnoff, she's the one who left her small agency and made her managers follow her, and she's the one who left because they didn't pay her properly ã… ã…œ She's so annoying
