[nate] SHINEE KEY, CONTROVERSY FOR SUSPICIONS OVER INVITING THE 'INJECTION AUNTIE' OVER

SHINee member Key has been swept up in controversy after a link was discovered between him and comedian Park Narae’s so-called “Injection Auntie,” Ms. A.

Park Narae has already been under fire over allegations of power abuse toward her former managers, and the situation escalated when it was revealed that she had allegedly received illegal medical procedures from the unlicensed “Injection Auntie” Ms. A.

In response, on the 8th, the group “Doctors for a Fair Society (Gonguimo)” released a statement saying, “Ms. A, known as Park Narae’s ‘Injection Auntie,’ denied performing illegal medical procedures and claimed she had served as a professor at ‘Inner Mongolia Baogang Medical College Hospital.’ However, upon verification, no such medical college exists.”

The Korean Medical Association also stated on the 8th, “Under the Medical Service Act, individuals without a medical license cannot perform medical procedures under any circumstances in Korea,” adding, “What happened in this case was an illegal procedure distinct from legitimate medical treatment, and it should not be misrepresented as a type of house-call medical service.”

Meanwhile, controversy intensified further when a link between SHINee’s Key and Ms. A was discovered through her Instagram account.

In the past, Ms. A posted videos of two dogs, a brown poodle named “Comme des” and a gray poodle named “Garçons.” These dogs match the pets Key frequently appeared with on broadcasts such as MBC’s I Live Alone, raising suspicions about his connection to her.

Additionally, Ms. A tagged the luxury UN Village villa in Hannam-dong, where Key lived for the past four years, further fueling speculation.

Particularly notable was a post from last December in which Ms. A uploaded a photo of Comme des and wrote, “It’s been over 10 years, why are you still giving me that look?” highlighting a decade-long relationship. Once her connection to Key became a topic of discussion, she deleted all related posts.

Key had previously introduced his mother, who worked as a nurse for 37 years, on I Live Alone and attended her retirement ceremony on the show. Because of this wholesome public image, simply being mentioned in the current controversy has shocked many. SM Entertainment has not released any statement regarding the matter.
