[PC stories/KPOP takes] EVERYTHING ABOUT HEARTS2HEARTS GOES AGAINST SM GROUPS' TRADITION

I have noticed that there are so many things about Hearts2Hearts that are unusual to most SM groups. Like, if there was something SM groups were criticized for while other groups got praised, now Hearts2Hearts' members have it and SM stans are now using as a weapon against other idols. If there was something SM stans used to brag about and put down other idols for not having it, now it's time for SM stans to defend Hearts2Hearts from other fandoms because they lack it. I'll list those things down:

1. Top tier vocals; of course, the most classic SM tradition. H2H doesn't have a strong vocal line, there is no member who is an outstanding vocalist and their vocal tones are very similar, so knetizens are always discussing about it and saying that they miss the strong presence of a main vocal that SM groups always had in the past. So fans always come up with excuses like "they're so young, let's wait for them to improve!!" (even though past SM vocalists were already powerful in their teens). They seem like a dance focused group.

2. Plastic surgery vs natural beauty; AESPA were dragged to hell for having plastic surgery but Hearts2Hearts members are mostly natural, for what i see only Jiwoo and Juun got a nose job. People accuse Ian of getting procedures done too but she looks exactly the same in her past pictures, and she's their main visual. I've seen fans bragging about it on the k-side and here on pannchoa a few were hating Meovv's Anna for having plastic surgery lol.

3. Chasing trends; SM groups used to be known for not following trends and introducing outstanding, unique concepts to kpop but Hearts2Hearts is just like almost every other 5th gen girlgroup, yet some fans swear they're not. Both sound and concept, the songs are good but nothing that we haven't seen before. Lack of powerful high notes and too much low/talk singing is noticeable.

4. Big male fanbase; Red Velvet and AESPA had a female dominated fanbase and the fans would drag other certain girlgroups for having a male dominated fanbase but now it seems like Hearts2Hearts is heading in the opposite direction. Recently male screams both on stage and on their way to music show have been increasing considerably as SM's management intends with the direction they're giving for certain members, and it's creepy.

5. Expl**tation of m**ors; Hearts2Hearts members debuted as young as NewJeans and SM stan were at the forefont of discussions about NewJeans being exploited and s****lized, bragging about how SM changed after MHJ left and debuted AESPA and even RIIZE as adults, telling people how they shouldn't support the group while some even throwing around the word p**o in fanwars, even though everyone pretends to forget that it all happened. But of course you don't see the same outrage for Hearts2Hearts debuting at 14/15, wearing inappropriate outfits and being s****lized by creepy korean youtube channels, proving how performative SM stans are. Fans are too silent about it all and it's worrying. 

Anyways, most points are negative but it's just so ironic to think about it all.
