[PC stories/KPOP takes] HYBE X SM RIVALITY IS RUINING KPOP

It started a long time ago when it was only Big Hit and BTS rose to fame then becoming EXO's rivals but it got way worse after HYBE x MHJ feud, kpop stans chose which side to be on and since then became obsessive over the companies while involving every single group or idol even if they did nothing wrong, it's such a weird fanatic behavior. They immediately hate every new group that comes out from the rival company and are unable to recognize that there can both good and negative points in each company's groups, it's ok if you personally think everything about one or two groups from one of the companies is bad but every single one of them? you're just bitter and lying. It's been so hard for us who aren't obsessive over any of the two companies to have a genuine discussion these days, i've been called both a SM roach and a HYBE maid. Company stans really have no brain.

You can't point out anything wrong about the company or one of their groups because they will label you as a stan of the rival company who just wants to hate, or bring up the rival company accusing them of doing that wrong thing in question worse like are you stupid? Every kpop company is dirty. Genuine criticism is no longer accepted and always brushed off as "forced hate", of course there are some who exaggerate but fans never learn to separate and focus on the real criticism or they just pretend that there is no real criticism at all, like there's no way you really think all or most hate comments during a big controversy are bots, it's so delusional and i feel like this is only do bad to the groups because it will stop the companies from making an improvement or making their groups improve, i bet they all see the fanwars created online and are influenced by it.

Neither the company or your fave group is perfect, deal with it. Open your eyes and ears if you really care about your faves and don't want them to constantly receive hate for something, allow them to improve.
