BTS's Jungkook graced the cover of fashion magazine <Elle>'s January 2026 issue. This pictorial captures Jungkook's movements, embodying both intensity and elegance, as he steps in front of the camera for the first time since being selected as the global ambassador for Chanel Beauty. The meeting between the timeless, iconic Chanel House and Jungkook, who has risen to become an icon representing the era beyond the K-pop genre, was recorded as a meaningful moment in itself.

In an interview conducted alongside the shoot, Jungkook shared his thoughts on partnering with Chanel Beauty. He expressed his affection, stating, “I love Bleu de Chanel. It doesn't force a contrived masculinity; it lets you express yourself as you are. It's a fragrance that naturally reveals your presence without needing to try too hard, so I use it often.”

When asked about the meaning of ‘music’, once a fervent dream and now his very life, for Jungkook, who recently became the first Korean solo artist to surpass 10 billion cumulative streams on the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify, he responded, "I still believe good music is a song with a good message and good lyrics. Music that transcends seasons and genres, songs that can be a source of strength for anyone.“ He added, ”Of course, songs that are simply enjoyable to listen to are also good."
