Na Sang-hyun, the band's singer
He was also criticized on Theqoo with nearly 400+ comments, but it was confirmed that the post was false.
Considering the accuser's m**or status and mental frailty, the charges were dropped after receiving an apology.
We were proceeding with a lawsuit against the person spreading false information (hereinafter referred to as the accused) about our artist Mr. Nah Band through the law firm Jeongdok, and after receiving the accused's sincere apology and a written apology through this, we submitted a withdrawal of the lawsuit.
(November 26, 2025)
A few months ago, the accused publicly posted content online that constituted false information, which one could only consider morally inappropriate for a member of Mr. Nah Band.
During the lawsuit, we were able to identify the accused.
And through the accused's parents and legal representatives, we confirmed that the accused is a m**or and that the accused's mental state is more severely impaired than generally thought possible.
After the accused side wrote a sincere apology, a written apology, and a settlement agreement, we submitted a withdrawal of the lawsuit for the spread of false information, defamation, obstruction of business, and slander against the accused.
The agreed-upon content does not include any financial details.
The reason we are doing this is not so much to punish someone, but rather out of a desire for misunderstandings and false information about the artist to disappear as quickly as possible.
All posts containing immoral content about the artists that have now disappeared from online are completely untrue.
We deeply feel responsible for the company and the artist's immature initial response, and we promise to do our best to ensure that the artist's rights are not infringed upon in this way in the future.
We ask for your affectionate support for the music activities of Mr. Nah Band as they move forward actively again.
Thank you.
