Those of you who watched Unpretty Rapstar will all know Jolly V. He was a bitter rival of Tymee.

I suddenly got curious and looked into what he did for a living.

When the door opens, walk in. And for the given day, just do your best.

The journey of the past two years, which began with a simple mindset, was not easy. Since working hard doesn't always guarantee good results, what else could successfully completing a second bachelor's degree and teaching experience to college students be explained as, if not a blessing?

I actually came into this not knowing where I would go after this process was over, but God had a plan after all. From the fall, I will start a Ph.D. program in Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and I have to prepare to move again, but knowing that it is a path that God is surely guiding me on, let's go!

To everyone in the US, as well as Korea and other regions who shared prayers and words of encouragement from time to time, thank you so much! If you come to Illinois, let's definitely get in touch!

I've been thinking for about two years that it's difficult to define this account as just "Jolly V" anymore, and now I've finally changed the ID.
The fact that there are people who remember me in various ways, just from being on TV exactly twice and releasing a few albums, always makes me feel that life is amazing and grateful.
Sometimes I wanted to just disappear without a trace like a normal person(?),
The biggest reason I didn't change this account or make it private is the hope that if someone happens to come across my music and searches for the person Lee Jin-kyung, my unique "Jolly" energy might somehow have a good influence.
