That hair's only good for lounging around at home, and that deep V-neck that makes your chest look sunken out, it's just awful. Why does she keep doing stuff like that? Her hair could use a break from bleaching too. I think she looked best with that dark brown hair and slightly swept-back bangs... Rose, your current hairstyle is just not working.
