I've seen it before: a female idol spoke casually to Kim Seokjin once, and people went after her for being disrespectful, while also attacking Jin for being close to a female idol. They forced her to issue a public apology and basically ruined her. After witnessing that, of course he's not going to date. If he were the type to not care, maybe he'd keep dating, but Jin has always said he won't do things that fans hate.
