Do you think training those people is free money? Of course those companies invest money into them to grow those trainees and they went all the way to debuting them. Do you really think they're kicking them out because they want to? Of course there must be something going on, and that once revealed, it might damage the team's reputation. Jay Park's rumors are kinda clear no? He went downhill because of his disparaging remarks about Korea. Looking back, it doesn't seem like he was disparaging Korea, but rather just writing his diary because he didn't fit in with Korean culture. Even at the time, the company prioritized character above all else, and since he didn't fit in with Korean culture or group life, he deserved to be fired
