We are informing you that the exclusive contract between USPEER and our company ended as of December 31st.

USPEER was a team prepared at WM based on a long time of effort and affection, and we proceeded with discussions prioritizing USPEER's long-term growth and development possibilities over the company's interests.

As a result, after sufficient discussion with CEO Lee Won-min, who was in charge of USPEER's production, we smoothly concluded the agreement regarding the exclusive contract and trademark rights.
