Philippine food company Jollibee Foods Corp (hereafter JFC) has acquired the Korean shabu-shabu brand Shabu All Day. It also detailed plans to expand the coffee brand Compose Coffee, which it acquired in 2024, into the Philippines.
According to reports on the 17th by Philippine local media outlets The Philippine Star and One News, the Jollibee Group signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% stake in All DayFresh Co. Ltd. for approximately 120 billion won (87M USD) through its subsidiary Jolli-K Co. Ltd..
JFC will hold a 70% stake in Jolli-K, while the remaining 30% will be acquired by its strategic partner, private equity firm Elevation Equity Partners Korea.
Founded in October 2024, Shabu All Day is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu brand. According to One News, as of January last year, the company operated 169 stores nationwide. Its annual revenue reached approximately KRW 390 billion, with an average revenue per store of about 3.3 billion won, ranking #1 in market share in its segment.
