June: Release of Single 2 + Japanese music show appearances + AE fan meeting
July: Korean music show appearances + 2nd debut anniversary
August: Rest period + execution of second-half advertising deals + attempt to secure AF venue bookings for September–October
September: Encore fan meeting / announcement of event
October: Encore fan meeting / pre-sale announcement
November or December: Album sales + music show promotions + world tour announcement + 2025 world tour

In light of the above, Plaintiff A had planned business operations as CEO of F at least through January 2025 as of April 15, 2024.

= It was acknowledged that Min Heejin had already been planning her activities after NewJeans, and therefore, it was also acknowledged that she had no intention of usurping management rights or tempering them. As anyone familiar with the matter would know, since the monthly contract is for one year, she had effectively planned all the way to 2025.
